00 SENATE BILL NO. 135 01 "An Act establishing September 10 as Alaska Community Health Aide Appreciation 02 Day." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 44.12 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Sec. 44.12.143. Alaska Community Health Aide Appreciation Day. Alaska 06 Community Health Aide Appreciation Day is established on September 10 each year 07 to honor community health aides. Alaska Community Health Aide Appreciation Day 08 may be observed by suitable observances and exercises by civic groups and the public.
