00 HOUSE BILL NO. 2002 01 "An Act providing for effective dates for CCS HB 69, passed by the Thirty-Second 02 Alaska State Legislature in the First Special Session; and providing for an effective 03 date." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. EFFECTIVE DATES FOR CCS HB 69. Notwithstanding the failure of the 06 vote on the effective dates in CCS HB 69(brf sup maj fld H/S)(efd fld H), passed by the 07 Thirty-Second Alaska State Legislature in the First Special Session, the appropriations 08 contained in CCS HB 69(brf sup maj fld H/S)(efd fld H) take effect as follows: 09 (1) secs. 79 and 80 of CCS HB 69(brf sup maj fld H/S)(efd fld H) take effect 10 immediately under AS 01.10.070(c); 11 (2) secs. 5 - 7, 11 - 14, 15(b), 16 - 29, 32(a), 35(a), 37, and 40(a) of CCS HB 12 69(brf sup maj fld H/S)(efd fld H) take effect April 15, 2021; 13 (3) secs. 15(a), 30, 32(b), 33, 34, 35(b), 36(a), 38, 39, 41 - 50, 57(h), 58, 59(b), 14 60(c), and 77 of CCS HB 69(brf sup maj fld H/S)(efd fld H) take effect June 30, 2021;
01 (4) secs. 1 - 4, 8 - 10, 31, 36(b), 40(b), 51 - 56, 57(a) - (g), 59(a), (c), and (d), 02 60(a), (b), and (d), 61 - 63, 64(a), (b), (d), (f), (h), (j), (l), and (m), 65 - 76, and 78 of CCS HB 03 69(brf sup maj fld H/S)(efd fld H) take effect July 1, 2021; and 04 (5) secs. 64(c), (e), (g), (i), and (k) of CCS HB 69(brf sup maj fld H/S)(efd fld 05 H) take effect January 1, 2022. 06 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
