00Enrolled SCR 31 01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, 02 concerning House Bill No. 307, requiring a person who commits certain offenses under the 03 code of military justice to register as a sex offender or child kidnapper; relating to the 04 Servicemembers Civil Relief Act; relating to contracts made by servicemembers; relating to 05 nonjudicial punishment of members of the organized militia; and relating to offenses subject 06 to court-martial proceedings. 07 _______________ 08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 09 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of 10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding 11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 307, requiring a 12 person who commits certain offenses under the code of military justice to register as a sex 13 offender or child kidnapper; relating to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act; relating to 14 contracts made by servicemembers; relating to nonjudicial punishment of members of the 15 organized militia; and relating to offenses subject to court-martial proceedings.
