01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Big Game Commercial Services Board;                                       
02 relating to the Big Game Commercial Services Board; and providing for an effective                                      
03 date."                                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. AS 08.03.010(c)(9) is amended to read:                                                                
06                 (9)  Big Game Commercial Services Board (AS 08.54.591) - June 30,                                       
07       2019 [2016];                                                                                                  
08    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
09 read:                                                                                                                   
10       REPORT. The Big Game Commercial Services Board shall submit to the legislature a                                  
11 written report that outlines in detail the board's plan to be financially solvent by December 31,                       
12 2019. The board shall submit the report required under this section not later than October 31,                          
13 2016. The board shall deliver the report to the senate secretary and the chief clerk of the house                       
14 of representatives and notify the legislature that the report is available.                                             

01    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
