03 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1. Sections 2 and 4, 2008 LR 35, Twenty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature, are                              
05 repealed.                                                                                                               
06    * Sec. 2. This resolution takes effect immediately.
