00 SENATE BILL NO. 131 01 "An Act naming the state parking garage being constructed in Anchorage north of the 02 Robert B. Atwood Building as the Carolyn 'Linny' Pacillo Parking Garage." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Sec. 35.40.205. Carolyn "Linny" Pacillo Parking Garage. The state parking 06 garage being constructed in Anchorage north of the Robert B. Atwood Building is 07 named the Carolyn "Linny" Pacillo Parking Garage. The name of the facility honors 08 Carolyn "Linny" Pacillo, one of the original Anchorage "parking fairies," who served 09 the community as an agent of change through small acts of purposeful altruism.
