01 "An Act making an appropriation for longevity bonus grants; and providing for an                                        
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  LONGEVITY BONUS GRANTS.  The sum of $44,800,000 is appropriated                                      
05 from the general fund to the Department of Health and Social Services, division of Alaska                               
06 longevity programs, for payment of longevity bonus grants for the fiscal year ending June 30,                           
07 2005.                                                                                                                   
08    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2004.
