01 "An Act making special appropriations for education from the earnings reserve                                           
02 account."                                                                                                               
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $717,892,200 is appropriated from the earnings reserve account                            
05 (AS 37.13.145) to the Department of Education for the following purposes and in the amounts                             
06 stated for the year ending June 30, 2000:                                                                               
07 PURPOSE ALLOCATION                                                                                                      
08 K-12 support - foundation program $653,320,000                                                                          
09 K-12 support - pupil transportation 38,313,600                                                                          
10 School construction match 26,258,600                                                                                    
11    * Sec. 2.  The sum of $181,752,200 is appropriated from the earnings reserve account                               
12 (AS 37.13.145) to the University of Alaska for operating costs for the year ending June 30,                             
13 2000.                                                                                                                   
14    * Sec. 3.  The appropriations made by this Act lapse into the earnings reserve account
