02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 44.66.010(a)(10) is amended to read:                                                                
05   (10)  Alaska Commission on Aging (AS 44.21.200) -- June 30, 2000                                                   
06 [1996];                                                                                                                 
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
