01 "An Act making appropriations for the operating expenses of the state's                                                 
02 integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective                                          
03 date."                                                                                                                  
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1.  PURPOSE.  In accordance with AS 37.14.003 and AS 37.14.005, the                                        
06 appropriations made by this Act are for the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                              
07 program.                                                                                                                
08    *  Sec. 2.  SHORTFALLS.  If mental health trust receipts fall short of the estimates                                 
09 appropriated in this Act, the affected appropriation is reduced by the amount of shortfall in                           
10 receipts.
