01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Citizens' Review Panel for                                                
02 Permanency Planning; and providing for an effective date."                                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 44.66.010(a)(17) is amended to read:                                                                
05   (17)  Citizens' Review Panel for Permanency Planning under                                                           
06 AS 47.10.400 -- June 30, 1997 [1994];                                                                                 
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
