00HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                                                                      
01 Suspending Uniform Rule 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House                                          
02 Bill No. 9, relating to recovery of damages from persons having legal custody of                                        
03 a minor when property is destroyed by the minor, and to recovery from a                                                 
04 minor's permanent fund dividend for injury or damage caused by the minor.                                               
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06  That under Rule 54 of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the                                           
07 provisions of Rule 42(e) of the Uniform Rules, regarding changes to the title of a bill by                              
08 conference committees, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 9, relating to                                  
09 recovery of damages from persons having legal custody of a minor when property is destroyed                             
10 by the minor, and to recovery from a minor's permanent fund dividend for injury or damage                               
11 caused by the minor.
