01 "An Act making appropriations for the operating expenses of the executive                                               
02 branch of state government; and providing for an effective date."                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The sum of $0 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department of                               
05 Revenue for operating expenses of the executive branch of state government during fiscal year                           
06 1997.                                                                                                                   
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 1996.
