2023-2026 Representative

BACKGROUND:
My dad, Jose del Fierro, migrated to America from Santiago, Chile, in 1958 With a pioneer spirit, my dad sought the freedoms and potential gifted by citizenship in the United States. Faith is my compass and the people’s liberties are to be protected.
My husband, Dan, is a retired Green Beret who spent over 25 years with the 10th Special Forces Group. He is my best friend and counsel. We've been blessed with two beautiful daughters, and we adore our amazing dog Jose as well as our spicy cat Gary. I enjoy kayaking, traveling, and spending time with my family.

I am a proud member of American Legion Post 1, VFW Post 9785, Eagle River Lions Club, and Eagle River Elks. My career journey includes roles with the U.S. State Department, Department of Defense, Department of Army, Social Security Administration, Veterans Affairs, State of Alaska, Anchorage Assembly, and State House Legislature.

STATEMENT::
Inflation, workforce development, resources, energy, public safety, and education are pressing concerns for many of us. As a mom, wife, person of faith, US Army Sergeant veteran, and conservative member of the state legislature, I understand the importance of getting results over making excuses.

My leadership in policymaking includes protecting girls in sports, supporting our students who are deaf or hard of hearing, co-chairing education committees, advocating for parental rights, and serving as Vice Chair of Judiciary. I have made a positive impact for our community by proudly representing Eagle River at the statewide level.

I am committed to being honest, transparent, hardworking, accessible, and fiercely advocating for my constituents. It’s not just about future generations; it’s about addressing the needs of our elderly, disabled veterans, parents’ rights, education, struggling businesses, and young families who are barely getting by.

We can be more efficient, grow industries, and make Alaska safer and better educated. While I am just one person, I believe we can do better together. I have led conservative causes with the same spirit in which I support our first responders, law enforcement, military veterans, businesses, churches, educators,and families. I will continue to bring this dedication to Juneau on your behalf.

I am Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment, and uphold conservative values. It’s time to rebuild our foundation and unify as a country and as the Republican Party.
