CHAIR ALBERT  KOOKESH called  the Senate  Transportation Standing                                                             
Committee meeting to order at 2:06:09  PM. Present at the call to                                                             
order were Senators Wielechowski, Wilken, and Chair Kookesh.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
              HB 185-MUNICIPAL ROAD SERVICE AREAS                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR KOOKESH  announced HB  185 to be  up for  consideration and                                                               
his intention  to move the  bill. [Before the committee  was CSHB

SENATOR WIELECHOWSKI  moved to report CSHB  185(CRA), referred to                                                               
as Version M, from committee  with individual recommendations and                                                               
accompanying fiscal  notes. There being no  objection, the motion
