ACTION NARRATIVE TAPE 02-15, SIDE A  Number 001 CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order at 12:50 a.m. Senators Cowdery, Ellis, Therriault, Halford and Phillips were present. The committee took up HB 524. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that CSHB 524(FIN)-G.O. BONDS:  SCHOOLS/MUSEUM/UNIVERSITY was before the committee. SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar CSHB 524(FIN). SENATOR ELLIS objected to inform members that he believes the Senate Finance Committee version requires amendments before it passes the Senate. He then removed his objection. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that without objection, the motion carried. SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar CSHB 525(FIN)am-BONDS FOR STATE  TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that without objection, the motion carried. SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar CSHB 528(FIN)-STATE  REIMBURSEMENT CAPITAL PROJECT DEBTS. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that without objection, the motion carried and noted a Senate resolution for the title change is on the Senate Secretary's desk. There being no further business to come before the committee, CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS adjourned the meeting at 12:53 a.m.
