SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar HB 334-APPROP: GRANT TO ARCTIC  POWER FOR ANWR. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that with no one wishing to testify, and no objection, the motion to calendar HB 334 carried. SENATOR HALFORD moved to calendar HCR 22-RECESS FOR MORE THAN 3  DAYS IN MARCH. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that with no one wishing to testify, and no objection, the motion to calendar HCR 22 carried.
