CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the Senate Rules Committee meeting                                                             
to order at 10:34 a.m. Senators Cowdery, Halford, and Therriault                                                                
were present. The committee took up SB 339.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced that Senator Donley's staff was                                                                     
available to answer questions about SB 339-INCREASE CRIMINAL                                                                
FINES.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 339 at the Chairman's                                                                      
discretion.  With no objection, the motion carried.
