CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the  Senate Rules Committee meeting                                                            
to order  at 11:00 a.m.   Senators  Halford, Cowdery  and Phillips                                                              
were present.                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR HALFORD moved  to calendar SB 222-REQUIRE  SLOW DRIVERS TO                                                          
PULL OVER at the Chairman's discretion.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, CHAIRMAN  PHILLIPS announced that SB 222                                                              
would be calendared.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR   HALFORD  moved   to  calendar   SB  331-DISTRICT   COURT                                                          
JURISDICTIONAL AMOUNT  at the Chairman's discretion  and asked for                                                          
unanimous consent.                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, CHAIRMAN  PHILLIPS announced that SB 331

SENATOR   HALFORD  moved   to  calendar   SB  343-BEST   AVAILABLE
