APPROVED FOR CALENDARING SENATE BILL NO. 153 "An Act replacing the storage tank assistance fund with the underground storage tank revolving loan fund and relating to that revolving loan fund; repealing the tank cleanup program and the tank upgrading and closure program; and providing for an effective date." APPROVED FOR CALENDARING SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21 Supporting the development of adequate in-state treatment capacity for severely disturbed children. ACTION NARRATIVE TAPE 02-1, SIDE A  Number 001 CHAIRMAN RANDY PHILLIPS called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order at 10:32 a.m. Present were Senators Cowdery, Ellis and Phillips. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 115-EXTEND BD. OF STORAGE  TANK ASSISTANCE with individual recommendations. MR. JOHN BARNETT, a contractor for the Board of Storage Tank Assistance, informed committee members he was available to answer questions. There being no questions, CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS asked for a show of approval to calendar SB 115. The motion carried 3:0. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SB 153-UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK  LOAN FUND with individual recommendations. MR. JOHN BARNETT, a contractor for the Board of Storage Tank Assistance, informed committee members he was available to answer questions. There being no questions, CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS asked for a show of approval to calendar SB 153. The motion carried 3:0. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced the arrival of Senator Therriault. SENATOR COWDERY moved to calendar SCR 21-TREATMENT FOR DISTURBED  CHILDREN and asked for unanimous consent. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS announced the motion carried with a 4:0 vote. There being no further business to come before the committee. CHAIRMAN PHILLIPS adjourned the meeting at 10:35 a.m.
