SENATOR ELLIS moved to calendar HB3001-APPROPRIATION: EMPLOYEE                                                                  
SALARY & BENEFITS and HB3002-NONUNION PUBLIC EMPLOYEE SALARY &                                                                  
BENEFIT at the Chairman's discretion with individual                                                                            
recommendations and accompanying fiscal notes.  There being no
