SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all Senate versions of HB 368-                                                                  
CRIM.DEFENDANT:RELEASE/CUSTODIAN'S DUTY: at the Chairman's                                                                      
discretion with individual recommendations and accompanying fiscal                                                              
notes.  There being no objection, the motion carried.
