CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 11:31 a.m.  Present were Senators Leman, Pearce and Chairman Tim                                                             
Kelly.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of SB 286-DUTIES AND                                                               
POWERS OF ATTORNEY GENERAL with accompanying fiscal notes and                                                                   
individual recommendations.  There being no objection, the motion                                                               
carried.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar on Wednesday all Senate versions of                                                             
HB 312-APPROPRIATIONS: OPERATING BUDGET with individual                                                                         
recommendations.  There being no objection, the motion carried.
