CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 11:50 a.m.  Present were Senators Pearce, Ellis, Miller, and                                                                 
Chairman Kelly.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PEARCE moved to calendar all versions of SB 267-MANAGEMENT                                                              
OF GAME with attached fiscal notes and individual recommendations                                                               
at the discretion of the Chairman.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion to calendar SB 267 carried with                                                             
Senators Ellis and Kelly originally voting "nay," and Senators                                                                  
Pearce and Miller voting "yea."  SENATOR KELLY then changed his                                                                 
vote to "yea."                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PEARCE moved to calendar SCS CSHB 67(JUD) -BAIL HEARING FOR                                                             
SEX OFFENDERS with individual recommendations and attached fiscal                                                               
notes at the Chairman's discretion.  There being no objection, the                                                              
motion carried.
