CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 10:45 a.m.  All members were present.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
VICE CHAIRMAN LEMAN moved to calendar all versions of SB 250-                                                                   
APPROPRIATIONS:CAPITAL/SUPP/REAPPROP with individual                                                                            
recommendations at the Chairman's discretion.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS objected for the reason that key elements are missing                                                             
from the bill.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
The motion carried with Senators Leman, Miller, Pearce, and Kelly                                                               
voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay."                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
There being no further business to come before the committee,
