CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 12:07 p.m.  Present were Senators Leman, Pearce, Ellis, and                                                                  
Kelly, Chair.                                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB  10-UNDERGROUND UTILITIES.                                                                   
There being no objection, the motion carried.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB 155-SALARY REPORTS:                                                                          
LEG/EXEC/JUDICIAL BRANCH.  There being no objection, the motion

SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB 171-FISHERY DATA; MCNEIL RIVER

SENATOR ELLIS noted that Senator Lincoln's resolution was removed                                                               
from today's calendar.  CHAIRMAN KELLY stated the Rules Committee                                                               
is looking for language that is acceptable for more people.
