CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 11:40 a.m.  All members were present.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved SJR 20-SAVE THE BEAVER IN WASH D.C. for                                                                     
calendaring.  SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion carried with                                                                  
Senators Pearce, Leman, Miller and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator                                                              
Ellis voting "nay."                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved SB 24-REGULATIONS: ADOPTION & JUDICIAL REVIEW                                                               
for calendaring.  SENATOR ELLIS objected.  The motion carried with                                                              
Senators Leman, Miller, Pearce and Kelly voting "yea," and Senator                                                              
Ellis voting "nay."
