CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order                                                               
at 11:55 a.m.  Present were Senators Leman, Miller, and Kelly.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
VICE-CHAIRMAN LEMAN moved to calendar SB  98-TEACHER TENURE.  There                                                             
being no objection, CHAIRMAN KELLY announced SB 98 would be                                                                     
calendared probably next week.                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
VICE-CHAIRMAN LEMAN moved to calendar SB  87-RENTAL CAR INSURANCE.                                                              
There being no objection, the motion carried.

CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 11:56 a.m.
