SENATE BILL NO. 82 "An Act relating to the sale or other disposal of certain state property; and providing for an effective date." ACTION NARRATIVE TAPE 97-2, SIDE A CHAIRMAN KELLY called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order at 10:47 a.m. CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SCR 3 (NORTHSTAR AGREEMENT LITIGATION) before the committee, and hearing no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the committee. SENATOR LEMAN moved and asked unanimous consent SCR 3 be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered. CHAIRMAN KELLY brought SB 82 (LEGIS. APPROVAL FOR STATE PROP. DISPOSALS) before the committee, and directed attention to a proposed Rules CS. SENATOR TAYLOR moved adoption of CSSB 82(RLS). Hearing no objection, the Rules CS was adopted. SENATOR TAYLOR moved and asked unanimous consent CSSB 82(RLS) be approved for calendaring at the discretion of the Chair. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered. There being no further business to come before the committee, Chairman Kelly adjourned the meeting at 10:49 a.m.
