  CHAIRMAN MILLER  called the Senate Rules Committee meeting to order          
 at 10:18 a.m.                                                                 
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SB 165  (PSYCHOLOGISTS & PSYCHOLOGICAL               
 ASSOCIATES) before the committee.  Hearing no discussion, he asked            
 for the pleasure of the committee.                                            
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 165 be                
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.           
 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  SCS HB 180(CRA) am S  (LIQUOR LICENSES FOR           
 RESORT/LODGES) before the committee.  The legislation was returned            
 to the Rules Committee from the Senate floor on May 16, 1995.                 
 There being no discussion, he asked for the pleasure of the                   
 committee.
