Hearing no objection, it was so ordered. SENATOR JACKO moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 286 (EXTEND ND BOARD OF PAROLE) be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion. He then withdrew the motion because the Judiciary committee substitute was not available for the members' packets. SENATOR JACKO moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 319 (DRUG FREE RECREATION AND YOUTH CENTERS) be approved for calendaring at the Chair's discretion. Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
