  The Senate Rules Committee was  called to order by  Chairman                 
  Jacko at 12:14 p.m.                                                          
  CHAIRMAN  JACKO  brought  SB 105  (MOTOR  VEHICLE  DEALERS &                 
  BUYERS' AGENTS) before the  committee as the first  order of                 
  business.                                                                    
                                                                               
  SENATOR HALFORD moved  and asked  unanimous consent that  SB                 
  105 be approved  for calendaring at the  Chair's discretion.                 
  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.                                     
  CHAIRMAN  JACKO brought CSHJR  21(JUD) (IN MEMORIAM THURGOOD                 
  MARSHALL)  before  the  committee  as  the  final  order  of
