Senator Kim Elton arrived at 3:40. The first order of business to come before the committee was CSHB 409(FSH). He said a lot of research had been done on it. SENATOR THOMAS WAGONER moved to pass CSHB 409(FSH) from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal note. There were no objections and it was so ordered. HB 417-AK NATURAL GAS DEV. AUTHORITY  CHAIR SCOTT OGAN announced HB 417 to be up for consideration. SENATOR THOMAS WAGONER explained that this is a companion bill to SB 246, which he sponsored and that had been heard in this committee. It's exactly the same. He moved to pass HB 417 from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal note. There were no objections and it was so ordered. There being no further business to come before the committee, he adjourned the meeting at 3:42 p.m.
