Standing Committee meeting to order at 2:10 p.m. Present at the
call to order were Senators Dunbar, Gray-Jackson, and Chair
Bjorkman.
HB 51-USE OF DESIGNATED REFRIGERANTS

CHAIR BJORKMAN announced the consideration of HOUSE BILL NO. 51
"An Act relating to refrigerants designated as acceptable for
use under federal law."
CHAIR BJORKMAN solicited a motion.

SENATOR GRAY-JACKSON moved to report HB 51, work order 33-
LS0334\A, from committee with individual recommendations and
attached fiscal note(s).
CHAIR BJORKMAN found no objection and HB 51 was reported from
the Senate Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
