BRIAN ROGERS, Vice President for Finance, University of Alaska, explained the appropriation in HB 158. SENATOR KELLY said it is his intention to move this bill on to the Finance Committee when the intent language was drafted and approved. SENATOR KELLY adjourned the meeting at 2:25 p.m.
