SB 212-NUMBER OF SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES  1:30:58 PM CHAIR CLAMAN announced the consideration of SENATE BILL NO. 212 "An Act increasing the number of superior court judges in the third judicial district; and providing for an effective date." CHAIR CLAMAN said this is the second hearing of SB 212 in the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee. The intention is to look to the will of the committee to move SB 212 from committee. 1:31:28 PM CHAIR CLAMAN solicited the will of the committee. 1:31:30 PM SENATOR KIEHL moved to report SB 212, work order 34-LS1313\A, from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal note(s). 1:31:48 PM CHAIR CLAMAN found no objection and SB 212 was reported from the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee. 1:32:12 PM There being no further business to come before the committee, Chair Claman adjourned the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee meeting at 1:32 p.m.
