SB 38-INTERFERENCE WITH EMERGENCY SERVICES  1:31:22 PM CHAIR CLAMAN announced the consideration of SENATE BILL NO. 38 "An Act establishing the crime of interference with emergency communications." He relayed that his office did not receive proposed amendments to SB 38. He requested final comments or questions from committee members. SENATOR KIEHL referred to the previous bill hearing where he raised questions about the definition of "threatened" in the bill. He reported working with the sponsor and Legislative Legal Services to resolve his concerns regarding the definition. CHAIR CLAMAN asked for additional comments. Seeing none, he asked for a motion. 1:32:43 PM SENATOR KIEHL moved to report SB 38, work order 33-LS0280\A, from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal notes. There being no objection, CHAIR CLAMAN stated that SB 38 was reported from the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee. 1:33:26 PM There being no further business to come before the committee, Chair Claman adjourned the Senate Judiciary Committee meeting at 1:33 p.m.
