The  legislative  briefing  from the  Faith-Based  and  Community                                                               
Initiatives Task  Force was held  in the Senate  Finance Chambers                                                               
at 12:00 pm on February 23,  2004. All legislators and staff were                                                               
invited. No recording  was made and no log notes  were taken. The                                                               
task force distributed an informational  packet and a copy may be                                                               
obtained  from  the  Senate Health  &  Social  Services  Standing
