CSHB 265(FIN) am APPROP: MENTAL HEALTH BUDGET SCS CSHB 265(FIN) was REPORTED out of committee with five "do pass" recommendations and two "no recommendation" recommendations. Co-Chair Hoffman OBJECTED for discussion. 1:53:15 PM PETE ECKLUND, STAFF, SENATOR LYMAN HOFFMAN, explained that the only change in the proposed Committee Substitute was the incorporation of the amendment adopted by the committee the previous day. The change would add $5,150,000 to the mental health capital budget for the Homeless Assistance Program. Co-Chair Hoffman WITHDREW his objection. There being NO further OBJECTION, it was so ordered. Co-Chair Stedman MOVED to report SCS CSHB 265(FIN) out of Committee with individual recommendations, and with the authority for the Legislative Legal and Legislative Finance Divisions to make technical and conforming changes.
