Divisions to  make technical  and conforming  changes. There

PETE ECKLUND,  STAFF, SENATOR LYMAN HOFFMAN,  explained that                                                                    
the  only change  in the  proposed Committee  Substitute was                                                                    
the incorporation of the amendment  adopted by the committee                                                                    
the previous  day. The  change would  add $5,150,000  to the                                                                    
mental  health capital  budget for  the Homeless  Assistance                                                                    
Program.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Hoffman WITHDREW  his  objection.  There being  NO                                                                    
further OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
