  Senator  Steve  Frank,  Co-chair,  convened the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:10 a.m.                                                      
                                                                               
  PRESENT                                                                      
                                                                               
  In addition to Co-chairman Frank, Senators Kerttula, Rieger,                 
  and Sharp  were present.   Senator Kelly arrived  soon after                 
  the meeting began.   Co-chair  Pearce arrived as  it was  in                 
  progress.  Senator Jacko did not attend.
