  Senator  Steve Frank,  Co-chair,  convened  the  meeting  at                 
  approximately 9:05 a.m.

  Sharp were present.  Co-chair Pearce arrived  soon after the                 
  meeting  began, and  Senator Kerttula arrived  as it  was in
