CHAIRMAN TIM KELLY called the Senate Community & Regional Affairs                                                               
Committee meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.  Present were Senators T.                                                               
Kelly, Mackie, and Phillips.  The first order of business to come                                                               
before the committee was SB 304.                                                                                                
               SB 304-MUNICIPAL DIVIDEND PROGRAM                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MACKIE moved SB 304 out of committee with individual                                                                    
recommendations.  Without objection, the motion carried.                                                                        
There being no further business to come before the committee,                                                                   
CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 3:11 p.m.
