CHAIRMAN TIM KELLY called the Senate Community & Regional Affairs                                                               
Committee meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and welcomed committee                                                                  
members.  Present were Senators Kelly, Wilken, Ward and Phillips.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY introduced Doug Salik, aide to the committee.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WILKEN moved to allow the Chairman to introduce bills on                                                                
behalf of the committee without the prior approval of committee                                                                 
members.  There being no objection, the motion carried.

CHAIRMAN KELLY adjourned the meeting at 1:31 p.m.
