CHAIR  PETE KELLY  called  the Senate  Committee  on Committees                                                               
meeting to order  at 8:30:04 a.m. Present at the  call to order                                                                 
were  Senators Meyer, MacKinnon,  Micciche, Gardner,  and Chair                                                                 
Kelly.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
^Fill vacant seat on Judiciary Committee.

CHAIR KELLY said the committee is meeting today to fill the                                                                     
vacant seat on the Judiciary Committee and that Senator Bishop                                                                  
was the nominee.                                                                                                                
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR MICCICHE moved to adopt the Senate Committee on                                                                         
Committees (CCM) report and submit it to full Senate for                                                                        
consideration. There were no objections and it was so ordered.
