CHAIRMAN RICK  HALFORD called the Senate  Committee On Committees                                                             
meeting  to  order at  10:28  a.m.    All members  were  present.                                                               
Chairman Halford announced that  members were present to consider                                                               
committee vacancies created by Senator Pearce's resignation.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR WARD moved to adopt the Committee on Committees' report.                                                                
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN HALFORD read the contents of the report, which contains                                                                
the following changes to committee membership:                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
                      RESOURCES COMMITTEE                                                                                       
            Senator Stevens replaces Senator Pearce                                                                             
             Senator Wilken replaces Senator Kelly                                                                              
      Senator Wilken is named vice chair of this committee                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
                  LABOR AND COMMERCE COMMITTEE                                                                                  
           Senator Stevens replaces Senator Phillips                                                                            
        Senator Stevens is named chair of this committee                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
                        RULES COMMITTEE                                                                                         
            Senator Halford replaces Senator Pearce

There being no objection to Senator Ward's motion, the Committee
