Representatives Weyhrauch, Gruenberg, Samuels, and Seaton were present at the call to order. Representatives Moses and Wilson arrived as the meeting was in progress. ^PERS/TRS Funding Executive Session 1:03:46 PM CHAIR WEYHRAUCH announced that the only order of business was the Public Employees' Retirement System/Teachers' Retirement System (PERS/TRS) Funding Executive Session. He explained that the committee would be discussing a matter which would, under AS 44.62.310(1), "clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the public entity of the State of Alaska" should the meeting be open to the public. CHAIR WEYHRAUCH moved to go into executive session. There being no objection, the committee went into executive session. [The executive session took place from 1:04:14 PM to 1:36:35 PM.] 1:36:47 PM ADJOURNMENT  There being no further business before the committee, the House Special Committee on Ways and Means meeting was adjourned at 1:36 p.m.
