BRIAN  ROGERS,  Information  Insights,  Inc.,  presented  a  slide                                                              
presentation  entitled,  "Benefit-Cost  Analysis  of  GARVEE  bond                                                              
Construction  Projects,"  which   is  included  in  the  committee

JOHN URBINA and  CARLA PEREZ, George K. Baum  & Company, discussed                                                              
the  brochure  it   prepared  on  behalf  of  the   Department  of
