No further members arrived after the meeting was called to order. HB 377 - DISCHARGES: NONTANK VESSELS & RAILROAD Number 0025 CHAIRMAN HALCRO announced that the first and only order of business would be HOUSE BILL 377, "An Act requiring oil discharge prevention and contingency plans and proof of financial responsibility for non-tank vessels and railroad tank cars; authorizing inspection under AS 46.04 of non-tank vessels and trains; and providing for an effective date." Number 0049 REPRESENTATIVE HUDSON made a motion to move HB 377 out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes. There being no objection, HB 377 was moved from the House Transportation Standing Committee.
