REBECCA SNOW, Chief Assistant Attorney General, Civil Division (Fairbanks), Department of Law, assisted with the presentation and answered questions regarding Indian laws and their history. ANNOUNCEMENTS  CHAIRMAN COGHILL announced that present via teleconference were Mayor Sol Atkinson of Metlakatla, and Don Mitchell and Joe Williams of Saxman IRA (Indian Reorganization Act). COMMITTEE ACTION  The committee took no action.
