Present upon reconvening were Representatives Rokeberg, Coghill, Harris, and Kohring. HB 147-INSURANCE CHAIR ROKEBERG announced that the first order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 147, "An Act relating to the regulation of insurance, insurance licensing, surplus lines, insurer deposits, motor vehicle service contracts, guaranteed automobile protection products, health discount plans, third-party administrators, self-funded multiple employer welfare arrangements, and self-funded governmental plans; and providing for an effective date." CHAIR ROKEBERG announced that the House Rules Standing Committee will have no hearing on HB 147, and it will be calendared at the discretion of the chair. HB 98-NONUNION PUBLIC EMPLOYEE SALARY & BENEFIT CHAIR ROKEBERG announced that the next order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 98, "An Act relating to the compensation of certain public officials, officers, and employees not covered by collective bargaining agreements; and providing for an effective date." CHAIR ROKEBERG announced that HB 98 will be held over. ADJOURNMENT  There being no further business before the committee, the reconvened House Rules Standing Committee meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m. CHAIR NORMAN ROKEBERG then called the scheduled House Rules Standing Committee meeting to order at 5:05:51 PM.
